Delivery times

We always aim to deliver your order between 1-3 working days after we have confirmed your order. 

1-3 business days is based on placing your order before 4pm on weekdays (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) gets processed the next weekday (with exceptions for bank holidays).

Note that delivery times are estimates and that deliveries could take somewhat longer during peak season (such as Christmas). We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation, with information on how to track the shipment and the tracking number of the order.

Where do we deliver?

We use DHL as our distribution partner and we can only deliver within Mainland UK (excluding Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland).

You have 14 days to return your unworn items to us for a full refund. Returns are pre-paid for.
