We recommend ordering at least one week before you go on holiday, that way you have time to check you are happy with it and it fits well.

That is absolutely fine, keep it for as long as you want. Once you send it back, we will cancel your subscription and refund you for any weeks that haven't been used (minimum 1 month).

So if you go away for 6 weeks, your second month payment will be taken at the start of month 2 and we will refund you two weeks of that month once it is returned.
